intended for those who are completely new to Yoga or practitioners who want more specific direction in a group setting.
Highlights of the program include:
Break down basics of common yoga postures/poses
Address common issues/concerns and build strength, mobility, and flexibility in the body and mind
Link poses together with breath to move safely, smoothly, and effectively
Introduction to foundational yoga philosophies and tools to integrate in to your life off the mat
After completion of this series, students will be equipped to integrate confidently in to any of Hatha's yoga classes.
