200-HR Vinyasa Teacher Training with Kristina

Are you a regular yoga practitioner looking to deepen your practice and share the power of yoga with others? Yoga Teacher Training is an opportunity to take further strides on Your yoga journey and, as a trained teacher, you can continue to learn by giving back and sharing with others. 

Our YTT is lead by Kristina Reese (E-RYT 200, RYT-500), trained in a diverse background of YogaFit, Ashtanga, Integrated Vinyasa™, Mindful Meditation and more! 

Topics in this training include the history and roots of yoga, anatomy of the physical and subtle body, meditation, safe and effective class sequencing and cuing, teaching to unique populations, business of yoga and how to continue deepening your learning and offerings for others.

BalancED

At Hatha, we offer Yoga Alliance and NASM approved Continuing Education for current yoga teachers and fitness professionals, alongside the opportunity to work towards Yoga Alliance teaching certification for those who do not yet have credentials.

If YOU are a current yoga/fitness teacher, interested in refining and enhancing your skills or filling the ‘gap’ between finishing a training and becoming a regular teacher, we have the tools to take you up a notch.

If you are interested in deepening your personal practice and exploring the possibility of teaching, you can sign up for individual modules, based on interest, or complete all hours towards eligibility for Yoga Alliance. 

With Module Topics Including anatomy, sequencing, special populations, yoga philosophy, business of yoga, branding and more.
