What If i have a special need or injury?
If you have an injury or special condition, please consult first with your doctor or care provider about when it is appropriate to add physical activity like yoga. We encourage everyone to build slowly after any restriction in movement. Join our Gentle or Foundations classes first. If you can come early to class, our teachers would love to hear about what movements work for you and help you make adjustments to your practice.
What are CONSENT Coins?
Consent Coins help our teachers give you the best experience possible! Some teachers may offer hands-on assists in class, but only with permission. Grab a consent coin at the front desk before class! Place your Consent Coin in the top RIGHT corner of your mat if you're willing to receive assists in class, feel free to tuck it under your mat at anytime if you change your mind.
- Prior to class, please check-in at the front desk.
Please respect the experience of other students and arrive to class on time. We recommend at least 5-10 minutes before the start of the class to set-up and prepare.
Please note that students who arrive after the instructor has entered the room will not be allowed to take class. If you arrive with little time to change clothes please be mindful of class start time.
To keep our yoga floors clean, please remove any footwear prior to entering the yoga studio.
Upon entering the yoga room, please avoid talking and the use of any technology or devices before, during, or after class.
If you are renting a yoga mat, please wipe down with mat cleaner and return back to the front desk.
