Comfortable clothing (moisture-wicking fabrics recommended for HOT classes)
For Studio Classes, remove footwear before entering the studio

Can I use the gym equipment?
Hatha offers private and small group training and classes in our fitness space. Equipment and machines in the gym are only for supervised use and we do not offer any open gym or allow any uninstructed use of the space. Peloton bikes are available for reservation.
What If i have a special need or injury?
If you have an injury or special condition, please consult first with your doctor or care provider about when it is appropriate to add physical activity like yoga. We encourage everyone to build slowly after any restriction in movement. Join our Gentle or Foundations classes first. If you can come early to class, our teachers would love to hear about what movements work for you and help you make adjustments to your practice.
Prior to class, please check-in at the front desk.
Please respect the experience of other students and arrive to class on time. We recommend at least 5-10 minutes before the start of the class to set-up and prepare.
Please note that students who arrive after the teacher has entered the room may not be allowed to take class.
To keep our yoga floors clean, please remove any footwear prior to entering the yoga studio.
Upon entering the yoga room, please avoid talking and the use of any technology or devices before, during, or after class.
If you are renting a yoga mat, please wipe down with mat cleaner and return back to the front desk.
